ABOUT THE INITIATIVE

For a country as diverse as India, leadership and discipline are the most imperative aspects for driving the quest for excellence in public service.

Inspirational leadership upheld by political consciousness is one of the factors that contribute towards successfully working for the nation. Apart from leadership, human and financial resources and access to technology are also consequential factors contributing towards the efficiency of the Indian administration services. The quality and professionalism of public service institutions are significant in supporting national development and economic growth.
