About Vikas Khanna:
Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna is an internationally acclaimed Indian chef, award-winning author, poet and filmmaker. Vikas has established himself as a top authority on Indian Cuisine, hosting successful cooking shows and has written more than 25 cookbooks.
Vikas also made his directorial debut with The Last Color, without any training in film-making. His documentary series Holy Kitchens, which explores the bond between faith and food, has been showcased at Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Oxford and at many Film Festivals.
Khanna has been featured on many international networks for his work with foundations like Save the Children, Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross and Smile Foundation through which he raises funds and awareness for hunger and education.
Vikas has been extending help to those in need during the Covid-19 Lockdown and feeding people by organising rations for old age homes and orphanages in India by donating around 2.5 Million meals to 75 cities in India while staying in the US.
